Led the migration of recruitment from internal processes to an RPO team, collaborating closely with executives to design and integrate the new process seamlessly. The RPO team, comprising a Recruitment Manager and consultants, effectively streamlined hiring from entry-level to highly specialized roles and strategic leadership, establishing a lasting partnership that continues today.
HEALTHCARE BPO's
Led RPO engagements for startup phases of leading US healthcare companies establishing shared services centers in the Philippines. Involved from inception, overseeing creation, planning, and execution of recruitment processes. Coordinated closely with local management and US headquarters to ensure diverse hiring across administrative, finance, support, service delivery, and clinical roles. Successfully hired a total of 2,000 FTEs across both companies.
INTERNATIONAL pharmaceutical
Currently engaged with one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the country where we are currently successfully sourcing and placing finance and sales positions across their different business lines; such as Corporate, Oncology, and Diabetes We were asked to step in as their internal recruitment team was behind targets for the year and already negatively affecting their business. We started off with their finance requirements and, due to our immediate success, branched out to other divisions / functions as well.

Was able to hire 90% of the Digital Transformation team of the largest restaurant chain in the country. This is in support of their drive for digitization that was expedited due to the pandemic.

SERVICES
We were able to immediately hire 2 Finance Directors for a Shared Services company of a large multinational organization. These were two urgent executive positions that we were able to source for and hire in a span of a month.
SAAS TECHNOLOGY
Successfully recruited a startup development team comprising software developers, automation engineers, and iteration managers. This team was tasked with optimizing their current HR SaaS platform, utilized by local and multinational companies globally.

Worked with 2 out of 5 Top 5 Firms. Firm 1 required us to support hiring for their shared services arm where we were able to hire their niche positions within timelines. Firm 2 is a partner whom we have worked with whenever there is a spike in their hiring requirements. We have had several engagements with them due to our successes in hiring for their major business lines such as Audit Practice, Advisory Group, Tax, and Shared Services.
ONLINE GAMING
CASINO
Had a successful project with the country’s largest online gaming/casino company where we were asked to hire for their key IT, Marketing, and Operations positions. On top of the volume hiring, we were also successful in identifying their Head of Performance and Marketing which is one of the top positions held by a Filipino in the company.

Currently, we are actively partnering with one of the leading insurance companies in the nation. Our engagement involves effectively sourcing and placing technology and executive positions across various business lines, encompassing both local operations and shared services.
